速はやく走はしれるようになりたい。

I want to be able to run faster.

Explanation

「ようになる」 means that over time you have come to be different from before: you gained an ability or formed a new habit.

It often goes with the potential form: 「日本語が話せるようになった」 (I've become able to speak Japanese).

The negative 「ないようになる」 is not common; say 「走れなくなった」 (I can't run any more).

Mixed up with

「~ようになる」 is a gradual change in ability, habit or situation. 「~ことになる」 is about arrangements or decisions: 「来月から大阪へ転勤することになった」 (It's been decided that I'm transferring to Osaka next month).

To say 'can no longer …', native speakers prefer 「できなくなる」 or 「走れなくなる」 over 「走れないようになる」.
