How to tell them apart

「てたまらない」: you can hardly bear it; goes with pain, itching, heat, or a strong wish (〜たくてたまらない); more casual.

「てしょうがない/てしかたがない」: you can't do anything about it: 「気になってしょうがない」. 「てしかたがない」 is slightly more formal.

「てならない」: the feeling wells up on its own; goes with 「思える」, 「気がする」, 「心配だ」, 「悔やまれる」; more written.
