Explanation

The other use of 「一応」 is 'more or less, in a way': the thing is done or in place, but the speaker does not claim it is perfect and leaves some room. 「レポートは一応書き終えた」 (I've more or less finished the report), 「一応プロの料理人です」 (I'm a professional cook, technically). It sounds modest and soft.

Mixed up with

「一応」: not perfect, but passable; can also be modesty.

「とりあえず」: for now, do this first and leave the rest.

「だいたい」: neutral 'roughly, for the most part'.
