苦にがいものが苦手にがてなものですから、コーヒーやお茶ちゃは飲のめません。

Because I don't like bitter things, I can't drink things such as coffee and tea.

Explanation

「ものですから」 is the polite form of 「ものだから」. You use it to explain to a boss, client or elder why you were late, could not come or made a mistake, and ask for understanding: 「道が混んでいたものですから、遅くなってしまい申し訳ございません」 (The roads were crowded, so I was late. I'm very sorry); 「不慣れなもので、ご迷惑をおかけしました」 (I'm not used to this, so I caused you trouble).

When apologizing, state the reason first with 「〜ものですから」, then say 「申し訳ありません」; it softens the mood.

In speech you often hear 「〜もんですから」, or 「〜もので」 with the rest left unsaid: 「ちょっと熱があるもので…」 (I have a bit of a fever, so...). The listener understands.
