Explanation

「おまけに」 starts the added clause and means 'on top of that / to make matters worse'. After one fact, you add another of the same kind, most often a bad one, as in 'it never rains but it pours': 「雨が激しく降り出し、おまけに雷まで鳴り始めた」 (The rain got heavy, and on top of that, thunder started); 「このアパートは狭くて、おまけに家賃も高い」 (This flat is small and, worse, the rent is high). Sometimes used for good things, like a free gift.

「おまけに」: the strongest feeling; used for complaints and piled-up bad luck.

「その上」: works in writing and speech; neutral 'in addition'.

「しかも」: an even more striking point on top of an already striking one; carries surprise.

「それに」: the plainest, casual 'and also'.
