How to tell them apart

「まみれ」: mud, sweat, blood or dust stuck on a surface; looks dirty and wretched. Figuratively only in set phrases like 「借金まみれ」.

「だらけ」: full of unpleasant things everywhere, and abstract things are fine: 「ゴミだらけ」, 「間違いだらけ」, 「借金だらけ」.

「ずくめ」: all one thing: 「黒ずくめ」 (all in black), 「いいことずくめ」 (nothing but good things), good or bad.
