Explanation

「Nずくめ」 means 'nothing but N' or 'all N': everything is filled with one thing. It can be good or bad. Good: 「今年はいいことずくめの一年だった」 (This year was full of good things). Clothing color: 「黒ずくめの服装」 (dressed all in black). Others: 「記録ずくめ」 (one record after another), 「規則ずくめ」 (nothing but rules), 「ごちそうずくめ」 (nothing but feasts). The nouns that work are a fixed set, so don't attach it freely.

Mixed up with

「〜ずくめ」: good or bad; stresses 'all of one kind from start to end'. 「いいことずくめ」 is the standard phrase; 「だらけ」 normally has a negative feel, and 「×いいことまみれ」 is not said.
