Explanation

「Nに言わせれば」 means 'if you ask N' or 'in N's view'. It introduces a person's own opinion, often blunt, harsh or different from the usual view: 「私に言わせれば、あれはただの言い訳だ」 (If you ask me, that's just an excuse). The most common form is 「私に言わせれば」; 「専門家に言わせれば」 and 「彼に言わせれば」 also work. You can swap in 「に言わせると」 or 「に言わせたら」.
