Explanation

「Nに恥じない」 means 'worthy of N' or 'living up to N'. Someone or something performs so well that it deserves its reputation, title, tradition or others' expectations, and does not bring shame: 「名門大学の名に恥じない研究成果」 (research results worthy of the name of a top university). The noun is usually about prestige, such as 「名」, 「名声」, 「評判」, 「伝統」 or 「プロ」. The classic form is 「〜の名に恥じない＋noun」.

Mixed up with

「〜に恥じない」: stresses not disgracing a name or honor; carries pride in protecting it.

「〜にふさわしい」: just 'fitting' or 'suitable', e.g. 「身分にふさわしい格好」 (clothes that suit one's status).
