「だろう」 has 2 uses
With a falling tone it is a guess, often with たぶん or きっと: 「たぶん雨だろう」 (It will probably rain).

With a rising tone you check with someone close, often said だろ: 「そうだろ？」 (Right?).

You're going to the party tomorrow, right?
Do not use 「だろう」 with elders, clients or bosses; it sounds like you are passing judgment, which is rude.
After a noun or a な-adjective, drop 「だ」 here too: 「雨だだろう」 is wrong; say 「雨だろう」.
「〜だろ？」 sounds rather masculine; women in casual speech more often say 「〜でしょ？」.
