Explanation

「〜って感じ」 is a very common spoken phrase meaning 'a kind of … feeling' or 'sort of …'.

1Not stating things flatly, but softly giving your impression: 「あの人は近寄りがたいって感じだ」 (That person gives off a hard-to-approach vibe).

2Vividly describing someone's look or the mood at the time: 「『何それ？』って感じで見てきた」 (They looked at me like 'what on earth?').

3Ending a sentence with it: 「〜って感じ！」, 「〜って感じです」.

Mixed up with

It is very casual speech. In formal papers or documents use 「〜という印象を与える」 or 「〜のように見受けられる」.

Versus 「ような気がする」: 「ような気がする」 is an inner hunch ('I somehow feel …'); 「って感じ」 is the atmosphere or look that shows on the outside ('it comes across as …').
