Explanation

「姿」 is the 'figure, sight' that a person or thing shows. You often see 「～ている姿」, the sight of someone doing something that moves or impresses you: 「一生懸命頑張っている姿に励まされた」 (I was encouraged by the sight of him trying so hard). It is more than what the eye sees; it carries the speaker's feeling. Straight after a noun of clothing it means 'dressed in': 「着物姿」 (in a kimono), 「花嫁姿」 (as a bride).

Mixed up with

「姿」 is a person's whole look and bearing: 「立ち姿」 (standing posture), 「働く姿」 (the sight of someone working).

「形」 is the shape of an inanimate object: a square, the shape of a cup.

「様子」 is how things look at the moment: 「病気の様子」, 「楽しそうな様子」.

In reading and listening, 「～姿」 often carries admiration, emotion or relief.
