Explanation

「全く～ない」 means 'not at all', a complete denial: 「彼の言っていることは全く理解できない」 (I can't understand what he says at all), 「お酒は全く飲めない」 (I can't drink any alcohol). 「全く」 has to be paired with the negative ending.

Mixed up with

In a positive sentence 「全く」 means 'really, indeed': 「全くその通りだ」 (That's exactly right).

「全然～ない」 is the most common in speech. Young people sometimes say 「全然大丈夫」, but in formal settings stick to 「全く～ない」.

「さっぱり～ない」 is 'no idea at all': 「さっぱり分からない」.

「少しも～ない」 is 'not even a little'; 「めったに～ない」 is 'rarely' and is about frequency.
