Explanation

「Aは Bくらいです」 means 'the most A has is B' or 'all there is is B'. It shrinks the range to something small. Two typical uses. (1) Modesty, to lower expectations: 「私が作れる日本料理は、味噌汁くらいです」 (The only Japanese dish I can make is miso soup). (2) Plainly stating that ability, resources or time are very limited. Casual form: 「くらいだ」. 「ぐらい」 is also possible.

Mixed up with

「だけです」 just states 'only this' as a fact. 「くらいです」 adds the speaker's view: this is small, nothing much.

「しかない」 carries a feeling of 'no other way, no choice'. 「は～くらいです」 is more about a limited amount or range.
