今日きょうは一日いちにち中じゅう仕事しごとをしていたからかなり疲つかれた。

Because I was working all day today, I am pretty tired.

Explanation

「かなり」 means 'quite, considerably': the degree is clearly above normal or above what you expected: 「この部屋はかなり広い」 (This room is quite big). Compared with the strongly emotional 「とても」 or 「すごく」, 「かなり」 sounds calmer and more objective. You can also say 「かなりの＋noun」 for amounts or scale: 「かなりの時間」, 「かなりの金額」.

Mixed up with

From small to large degree: 「少し」 < 「割と」 < 「かなり」 < 「とても・大変」 < 「ものすごく」.

「かなり」 is a calm judgment against a standard; 「ずいぶん」 carries surprise: 「ずいぶん待たされた」 (I was kept waiting for ages!).
