を込めて
をこめて
Full of, Filled with, With ~
夫は毎晩、愛を込めて晩御飯を作ってくれる。
My husband cooks dinner filled with love every night.
Explanation
「を込めて」 means 'with / putting... into it'. While doing something (giving a gift, praying, singing, writing a letter), you pour your feelings or wishes into it: 「感謝を込めて、手紙を書いた」 (I wrote the letter with gratitude). Only words for feelings go before it, such as 「愛」, 「心」, 「感謝」, 「願い」, 「怒り」, 「祈り」, 「恨み」. Before a noun: 「〜を込めた+noun」, as in 「真心を込めた手紙」.
Mixed up with
「を込めて」: what comes before is a feeling, wish or energy, which the action carries.
「を通して/を通じて」: what comes before is a medium, means or span of time (through a friend, all year); not a bare feeling word.
It cannot take a physical tool; you cannot say 「×ハサミを込めて」.
