Explanation

「Vようによっては」 means 'depending on how you ...'. The value or result is not fixed; it depends on how a person does or sees it: 「見ようによっては、この絵は鳥にも魚にも見える」 (Depending on how you look at it, this picture looks like a bird or a fish), 「薬も、使いようによっては毒になる」 (Even medicine can become poison depending on how it is used). Only a few verbs are common: 「見ようによっては」, 「考えようによっては」, 「言いようによっては」, 「使いようによっては」. The end often has 「〜とも言える」 or 「〜かもしれない」.
