Unique to, Only, Impossible if not, Expected only of

味噌みそカツは名古屋なごやならではの食たべ物ものです。

Misokatsu is a food unique to Nagoya.

Explanation

「Nならではの」 means 'that only N can offer'. N is a one-of-a-kind person, place, job or brand (a mother, one's hometown, Japan, a craftsman, an old shop), and what follows is always something good and special to it: a charm, a skill, a taste. 「母ならではの温かい味」 (the warm taste only a mother can make), 「プロならではの見事な技」 (a splendid skill only a pro has), 「京都ならではの風情」 (the charm unique to Kyoto). It is praise and admiration, never for something bad. Forms: 「Nならではの+noun」 or 「~は、Nならではだ」.

Mixed up with

「らしい」: typical of that kind of person: 「子供らしい」 (childlike).

「に限る」: my opinion that this is the best of all options.

「ならでは」: an exclusive strength that nothing else has, and strong praise.
