ないでもない

Kind of, Might, Slightly, It’s not (impossible) that, Somewhat, In some respects

彼女かのじょが謝あやまってきたら、彼女かのじょがしたことを許ゆるす気きがないでもない。

If she comes apologizing, I might forgive her for what she's done.

Explanation

「ないでもない」 is a double negative meaning 'it's not that I don't ...'. It gently says there is some willingness, some possibility, or some understanding.

Examples: 「相手の言い分も分からないでもない」 (I can understand the other side's view, to a degree), 「行きたくないこともないが、時間がない」 (It's not that I don't want to go, but I have no time).

Formation: ない form+でもない / こともない.

Mixed up with

Saying 「分かります」 directly is clear and open.

「分からないでもない」 is more reserved, a step back. The hidden message is 'I don't fully agree, but I can see where you are coming from'. It sounds modest and tactful.
