Explanation

「Nからする」 follows an amount of money and means 'costs as much as N, easily'. The speaker finds the price startlingly high. 「100万円からする腕時計」 (a watch that costs a million yen or more), 「5億円からする豪邸」 (a mansion worth 500 million yen). It is for prices only, not for weight, people or length.

Mixed up with

「からする」 takes money only: 「200万円からする車」.

「からある」 takes weight, length, height, distance, number of people, volume and so on, but never money: 「50キロからある荷物」, 「300人からある参加者」.

「からの」 works like 「からある」 for large amounts: 「5万人からの観客」.
