The night sea is quiet.
Explanation
When a な-adjective is the predicate, add 「だ」 (casual) or 「です」 (polite) after its stem: 「静かだ」, 「元気です」.
Mixed up with
A few words look like い-adjectives but are really な-adjectives: 「綺麗」, 「有名」, 「嫌い」. Say 「綺麗だ / 綺麗です」; the past is 「綺麗だった」, never 「綺麗かった」.
「な」 is only for modifying a noun: 「静かな人」; to end a sentence use 「だ」: 「この町は静かだ」, not 「この町は静かな」.
