N5
まだ~ていません
Still haven't done (something)
まだ食べていません。
I still haven't eaten.
Explanation
「まだ〜ていません」 means 'haven't done it yet': 「まだ宿題をしていません」. It is the standard negative answer to 「もう〜ましたか」 ('have you … already?'). In speech you can just say 「まだです」. The casual form is 「まだ〜ていない」.
Mixed up with
When someone asks 「もう荷物は届きましたか」 (Has the package arrived yet?), answer a negative with:
「いいえ、まだ届いていません」 or 「いいえ、まだです」.
Never 「いいえ、まだ届きませんでした」.
Reason: 「届きませんでした」 is a past fact, settled; 'hasn't arrived yet' is a state that runs from the past up to now and may still change, so use 「〜ていません」.
