Explanation

Sentence-final 「さ」 goes after a plain-form sentence. It is close to 「よ」 but more relaxed and offhand. Two feelings. (1) 'Isn't that obvious?': 「そんなこと、当たり前さ」 (Of course, that goes without saying). (2) A carefree, comforting tone, or shrugging off a setback: 「まあ、失敗したらやり直せばいいさ」 (Well, if you mess up, just start over). After 「って」, 「ってさ」 passes on what someone said: 「台風が来るってさ」 (They say a typhoon is coming).

Mixed up with

There are three 「さ」: the sentence-opening interjection 「さ、行こう」 (urging), the mid-sentence filler 「僕さ、昨日さ…」, and the sentence-final 「大丈夫さ」 (obvious or carefree).

Traditionally men use it more, with a breezy feel. Today women also use it to reassure someone.

Ａ：「このままだと戻もどれないんだぞ。現状げんじょうの深刻しんこくさがわからないのか？」Ｂ：「わかっているさ。プラスに考かんがえようとしているだけさ。」
