Explanation

「たとえ～ても」 means 'even if...'. You first suppose the worst or most extreme case, then the second half states that your resolve, attitude or the facts will not change: 「たとえ全世界が反対しても、私は夢を諦めない」 (Even if the whole world opposes it, I won't give up my dream). Forms: verb 「て」 form+も; i-adjective くても; na-adjective or noun でも. The tone is firm.

「たとえ～ても」 supposes an extreme case (even if it really is so). 「いくら～ても」 stresses a high degree or frequency (however hard, however much).
