Explanation

「Nから言うと」 means 'speaking from the point of view of N'. Put a standpoint, angle or basis (data, health, experience, ability and so on) before it, and it shows what the speaker's judgement rests on. It is used in calm analysis, business reports and commentary. Also 「から言えば」 and 「から言って」.

Mixed up with

「から言うと」 is from a standpoint or aspect (「立場の面」, 「採算の面」). 「から見ると」 is an observer's eyes: 「外国人から見ると」 (to a foreigner's eyes). 「からすると」 is a guess from signs or clues: 「足跡からすると」 (judging from the footprints).

「にとって」 is about gain, loss or value for the person, followed by words like 「大切だ」 or 「難しい」. 「から言うと」 just discusses one side, and the subject is not necessarily affected.
