(Emphatic) if, If it is the case that, As (you wish)

お前まえの頼たのみとあればやるしかないだろ。俺おれに任まかせろ。

If it is your wish, I have to do it. Leave it up to me.

Explanation

「〜とあれば」 means 'if it is a case of ...'. Faced with a special, important condition, the speaker feels it is worth making an exception or paying a high price: 「子どものためとあれば、何でもする」 (If it's for my child, I'll do anything). Common set phrases are 「〜のためとあれば」, 「頼みとあれば」 and 「必要とあれば」. The end usually shows firm resolve or an exceptional step, such as 「喜んで引き受ける」.

Mixed up with

「〜とあれば」: the condition is special and important, so the speaker is ready to go all out.

「〜なら」: a plain 'if that is so'.

「〜となると」: stresses that once things really reach that point, serious worries or consequences follow.
