彼女かのじょは家事かじの手伝てつだいを全然ぜんぜんしなかったので別わかれました。

I broke up with her because she didn't help out at all with house chores.

Explanation

「ぜんぜん」 goes with a negative and means 'not at all'.

「全然わからない」 (I don't understand at all); 「全然痛くない」 (It doesn't hurt at all).

Young people also say 「全然大丈夫」 (totally fine) with a positive, but exams mainly test it with a negative.

Mixed up with

「ぜんぜん～ない」: zero degree; fine in speech and writing.

「まったく～ない」: also zero, but more formal and stronger.

「あまり～ない」: 'not very'; only a partial negative.

When you see 「ぜんぜん」 in a question, look for 「ない／ありません」 after it.
