How to tell them apart
「風」 is about outward look and atmosphere: 「イギリス風」. 「流」 is about one's own way or school: 「自己流」 (a self-made way). 「的」 is about nature or tendency: 「日本的」.
Here it is always read 「ふう」, never 「かぜ」.
