Passes bought on okjlpt.com can be refunded in full within 7 days.
Full refund within 7 days
If you are not happy, email support@okjlpt.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Write from the address you ordered with.
When it arrives
We process it within 5 business days and return the money to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on your card issuer.
After 7 days
After 7 days, or when the access has been heavily used, we decide case by case.
After a refund
The pass access ends as soon as the refund is made.
Bought in the App
Purchases made through Apple in the App are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund them.
